Ebony

I always think its the best compliment when friends ask you to do a portrait and this was one of those. I'm lucky to have a wonderful group of friends and Ebony here belonged to the lovely Vicky, Ebony is a much missed family pet and as Vickys Birthday was coming up the girls had the idea to have a painting done as a surprise present.

Not long before Christmas we had a get together and decided to give Vicky the portrait, although it may have evoked a few tears (not just from Vicky I have to admit!!) I think it went down well!

The portrait is 16x20 inches, oil on canvas.
