Ruby and Isaac

I first met Ruby and Isaac in December when I spent the day with the lovely people from Margaret Green animal rescue for a fundraising day. They were there with their mum Jean to have their photo taken to raise money for the charity.

Ruby is a Papillon crossed with a King Charles and Isaac is a Papillon cross Terrier, they are 'husband and wife' and can't be without one another, although Ruby is a little more independent!









The painting is on an A1 size canvas and has now taken pride of place in the living room, it was great to see them again when I dropped the painting round, they really are full of character and this is what I wanted to capture in the portrait.

As this Portrait was ordered following the fundraising day with Margaret Green, 20% of the commission is being donated to the charity.
